Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 June 2025. Please read these terms carefully before using PayPig.co.za.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PayPig.co.za ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and PayPig.co.za (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform.
  • You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under South African law.
  • You may not use the Platform if you have previously been banned or suspended by us.
  • By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@paypig.co.za if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

You may not create more than one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Misrepresent your identity, age, or any other information on your profile.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other members.
  • Post or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or that violates the rights of others.
  • Solicit money from members through deception or false pretences (scamming).
  • Use the Platform to facilitate any illegal activity.
  • Attempt to circumvent our security measures or access areas of the Platform you are not authorised to access.
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or other tools to extract data from the Platform.
  • Share your account credentials with any third party.

5. Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute it within the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.

All findom agreements facilitated through the Platform must be consensual, legal, and between adults. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or permanently ban any member who breaches them.

6. Subscription & Payments

Certain features require a paid Premium subscription billed monthly in ZAR. By subscribing:

  • You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
  • You may cancel at any time; your Premium access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as set out in our 48-hour money-back guarantee for new subscribers who have not used premium features.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that members are who they claim to be beyond our verification measures, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, PayPig.co.za shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to damages arising from interactions with other members.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. We are not a party to any financial agreements made between members.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Account Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts. We encourage you to first contact us at support@paypig.co.za to resolve disputes informally before pursuing legal action.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes with at least 14 days' notice via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
